Dark Elf Rogue guildmaster in Neriak. Despawns at 7pm game time, respawns at 8pm. Either magic immune or extremely magic resistant. Appears to be immune to mez and charm spells.
Tested April 2023. Assasinate works fine to cycle him faster. Definitely not 2mil hp (came to test that)
