Rare spawn that drops one of the medallion pieces for the Veeshan's Peak Key quest. Similar to camping the Rotting Skeleton in Dreadlands, in that it has a 1% spawn chance and a 6:40 respawn timer. PH is spectral keeper or (rarely) spectral partisan or spectral champion.
This mob and its placeholder spawn just inside the doorway and don't roam. You can safely hide inside the room nearby to the southeast while waiting for the respawn. A fairly stress-free camp, all things considered.
This is no longer a /list camp on the Green or Blue servers.
