Description

Patch change on 18 Jan, 2014: lhranc - spectral iksar form is a shadowknight that casts spells. human form is now a shadowknight, but doesn't cast spells. Greatly increased the proc chance of Soul Devour. Increased HP/MR. Removed his helm/made him larger.

Flees at low hp.

It should be noted Soul Devour will proc on nearly every hit and cannot be resisted.
