Spawns as part of the Goblin-Giant-Burynai cycle, see here Frontier Mountains Named Cycle. Spawned him 2 times doing the cycle on 8/4/2022. Helps to have a tracker AND a pet tracker to do the cycle. Did not have the basher in either kill so it may be rarer than indicated.
