Description
Easy kill. He can be holding another weapon + the staff. In the Northwestern section of Burning Woods, there's a large crater with a spaceship-style hut on stilts. This is the giant fort. Inside the giant fort up the ramp are a series of small huts and a big hut with 2 spawns inside. The big hut is what you want. There are two static spawns in there and each one has a chance to spawn Carpenter Grundo (5% chance, I think). His PHs are 'a forest giant X'. They are on a 6:40 respawn timer. This may take a few hours, but the giants aren't super hard, so keep at it and he'll show up.
Once Carpenter Grundo pops, kill him and loot your Bronzewood Staff. The staff is not a guaranteed drop.
