Spawns at (408.10, -690.21, -201.55) and (-564.04, -985.80, -191.31) during the last stage of The Velium Focus quest. He will path toward the northern genoid cave entrance at (-1700,170) once spawned. He will Complete Heal so be ready to manadrain or push him.
