What makes this spell different than Terrorize Animal? I thought it worked on 52+ animals, but in a test it didn't, and Lucy has them both with the same level cap, 52.

Surely the "upgrade" over Terrorize Animal can't be that it has an additional -5 MR mod, while being shorter duration, having a longer recast time, and costing much more mana?
