As of 1/16/2017, increasing faction for the Citizens of Froststone is not possible by killing orcs in CC or EW.

• Rodrick Tardok in EW gives no Froststone faction hit (8/2023). I didn't know if this was referring to a different version of him though, maybe for the ring war which I know nothing about, so I didn't change the page.
