Very high MR. Frenzied spawns in spot closest to gate door towards Phinny room. Over 20 cycles, averaged 1/3 spawn frequency. Shark Tooth dropped every time.
Note: To clarify -- this fellow can still drop the Abalone Gorget, though it will not drop along-side the Shark Tooth. It's one or the other.
