He is on the Crusaders of Greenmist (Iksar SK guild), while Crusader Quarg is on Scaled Mystics faction (Iksar Shaman) faction. This means he can be hostile to players on good terms with the Legion of Cabilis (Cabilis guards). Agnostic Enchanters using Illusion: Iksar are KoS with Quarg but not with Bodli by default, so be wary of him if you are turning in bone chips.
