Description
confirmed existing 4/10/2020, saw him and gave him a platinum and he followed me around. Did not seem to actually ask for money or respond to hails. As of 5/27/2022, he now responds to hails and donations of coin:

a greedy beggar says, 'Hello there Aleine. I don't suppose you can spare some coins? I'm just a poor halfling that is far away from home. I can't afford anything to eat or drink. Anything you can offer me will be of help.'

"A halfling in the docks who begs for items and money. Giving it to him causes it to become like an enchanter pet following you around and not being able to kill it."
