Description

Ever since childhood, Bubar aspired to be a vendor of the goodly allied races of Norrath. He set up shop inside the East Commonlands tunnels, offering food, bandages, drink, and more practical items. Bubar is renowned for three things - His ability to work all hours of the day, his die-hard hatred of evil races, and his inability to identify anyone who sneaks up behind him first. It is this handicap that has many citizens of Norrath wondering, is Bubar in fact loyal to the good races in Norrath, or simply maintaining this image in the public eye, while finding a loop hole to sell to evil races? Luckily for Bubar, though, there has been no complaint issued because of his fair prices. Anyone who chooses to boycott Bubar's sales in the tunnels can choose to sell their items for half price from the Shady Swashbuckler.
