Part of the quest for Eyepatch of Plunder. Telling him "map" will make him despawn and give you the Third part of an Iceclad Map. He will respawn 5mins 50secs later. He will not respond to text unless Bloodmaw has been despawned after being given four pieces of Yakman Parts.
