After watching a developer on you tube talk to other developers from the time they made the games, a common comment was they were busy any many things just "didn't get added". I am not sure if the P1999 Developers added each item by hand, or removed obsolete items. The quests may still be broken, or yet undiscovered. One of the interviews talked with developer of Plane of Fear. He mentioned he added things and he was unsure if people had found them.

I have started writing down lore of items to help with this. It may be a forEVER QUEST.
