As of 8/19/15 there are two different Nolusia Finharns. One in the palace and one outside the Vasty Deep Inn. They are always there, regardless of time. The one in the palace will not respond to any hails.
- This is no longer the case in 2023. The night version, at least, only appears at night, outside the Vasty Deep Inn.
