Min level

Was able to get the Scout Tools at lvl 45 with warmly faction. Not sure what part, if any, requires lvl 50. Antony.trupe (talk) 19:08, 21 January 2020 (UTC)

Project Lightening was able to complete the quest on a level 5 character resulting in a rule change for Scout Player Agreement. The minimum level for the blue server is 46, for green it is 55.
