In killing Jonah every 6:30 minutes for around three hours I found him to have lower than normal magic resistance as snare, root, and my magic-based DoT were resisted only a couple of times, my fire-based DoT was resisted often (around 30-40%), my shaman buddy (who was also level 15-16) had great difficulty getting anything poison or disease based to stick to Jonah.
