The location given for the vendor selling this spell in Everfrost Peaks, Starn Bearjumper, is incorrect. The correct location as given in Starn's page is (2871, -3431), which I verified myself by traveling there. I therefore propose to change the incorrect given location of (2870, -36) to (2871, -3431). If there are no objections to this proposal within a week (i.e., before 2/4/2023), I will implement this change.

UPDATE 2/4/2023: Change has been implemented as discussed above.
