Description
This is the top monster of Dalnir. Very rare. Very strong for his level. Beware his aoe's and melee procs, can shred your health in a few seconds.
Due to his proc of some ice based spell (like ice comet, but not quite the same spell), it is important to treat this monster as one who hits for 700 per round. One very successful method of killing him is to simply never ever let him use his melee attack.
