Description

Alternative way to obtain the Red Dragon Scale. Procs Deadly Lifetap (1500hp frontal lifetap, same as VS). Boon of the Garou proc and lifetaps were resisted; possibly immune to lifetaps. Sunstrike and other wizard nukes landed, concussion resisted. Shaman ice nukes land as well. Runs at low hp.

Strategy: Fight him just like you fight Venril Sathir.

Nortlav is indifferent to all, but will social with nearby mobs.

NOTE: During the classic era there were rumors that Nortlav could drop other scales. Those rumors are discussed/debunked in this thread.
