Description
Lord Soptyvr is the strongest of King Xorbb's subjects. He spawns on the altar in the middle of the other evil eye spawns. He is an enchanter who casts Tashani, Languid Pace, Sanity Warp, a dot, and a charm. Pet has a lot of hit points. Solo'd him with a 35 druid kiting. Lord Sviir and Lord Syrkl can spawn nearby to his left and right. 4-hour respawn.
Solo'd him with a 47 monk and fungi. He has a pretty annoying DS on him that gave me some trouble at first. But, I kited him at JBoots speed to regen a bit of health. His DS wore off and he was a simple kill after that. So, if you're high enough to not get adds, the zone is almost always empty and you can just pull him to zoneline and kill him easily there (avoiding the DS problem).
Patch Change, Jun 24, 2014: Nilbog: Lord Soptyvr always drops his Lens. He also now procs Beholder Dispel.
