Description
Any A Faerie Dragon can be a placeholder for Lord Gossimerwind though he does seem a relatively rare spawn (1/57 dragon kills in one attempt). The static spawns in the geonid/goo caves are therefore probably the "easiest" place to get him to spawn rather than hunting roamers. There are more static spawns inside the East entrance to the caves than the others. Note that killing the PHs incurs a faction hit for Tunarean Court and so should be done by a character other than the one attempting to complete the Crest quest or other measures should be taken such as gating/camping/blurring to avoid the hit. Apparently has a good chance of being up after a server reset.
