Very dangerous due to Harmtouch (for 501 damage). Be mindful while in North Qeynos at night if the Corrupt Qeynos Guards don't look upon you well.

He can only be found during the night shift ( 8pm to 7am Norrathian Time?) and also faces the correct directions when he stops. He’s also much more resistant to magic.[1]
