Description

Difficult to locate named Barbarian Warrior who paths near the tower next to Permafrost and wanders towards the east side of the frozen river.

Accepts various turn ins and rewards equipment. He stops at 2607, -5063.

Observed walking between the tower North of Permafrost and the Y in the river (12/11/23) The hill near the tower is a good observation spot free of mobs.

Observed walking this path West of the River as well on Apr 12, 2020: (Possible Martar IceBear sighting here or they share this path sometimes)

I've seen him spawn as quickly as an hour after death, I've had reports from guild members of him spawning even more quickly; it definitely is not 8 +/- 2 hours.

Be warned, he will aggro you if you're killing Mammoths where he paths. Tundra Jack will kill him if they path closely together.

When he has he sword, he does not wield it (or at least may not be wielding it); it might still drop.
