Creates a circle of static energy around you, causing 495 damage and and a short duration stun to all nearby creatures.
Single target mana efficiency of 1.63.

Compared to Supernova, this spell is more mana efficient and has a reduced recast time, but hits for less damage, will probably be resisted more often, and the stun causes more aggro. It does more DPS when the recast timer is considered, not considering resists. Of course, both nukes could also be used in alternation for even more DPS.
