Description
Giving a Breath of Gwan to the sleeping ogre spawns Trunt (Important Note: a sleeping ogre must con indifferently, so you need to use sneak from behind to turn it in), a level 59 Ogre who is one of the last parts of the monk epic. The sleeping ogre's respawn is 3 hours. The sleeping ogre is KOS and has been known to despawn shortly after being agro'd. Make certain players don't accidentally agro him while forming up for the kill.
