Vilnius' placeholder is [[a brigand]] or [[a bandit]] on the top of the mountain. The brigand, as well as all the bandits, are on the KaranaBandits faction, but Vilnius is indifferent to all.

However, Vilnius is not there all the time; he has a placeholder (the aforementioned brigand) who despawns at 7 p.m. game time (the very verge of 8 p.m., before the clock ticks over) each day. Once the brigand despawns, Vilnius will spawn very shortly after and will despawn at 5 a.m. game time. If the brigand is up, don't kill it, just wait until it despawns.
