Each spawn point has a 10% chance to spawn as Vaniki. Vaniki is unique, so there can only ever be one of them up at any given time. If the spawn is not Vaniki, it will appear as an unkillable invisible man placeholder. In either case, Vaniki or placeholder, the NPC will despawn 122 hours later. Procs [[Soul Devour]]. Flurries. Kite until Slowed & Crippled, or your tank will die very quickly.

The hardest thing about Vaniki is finding her up (see above). The second hardest thing about Vaniki is pulling her somewhere safe to fight (training her to the surface and peeling her out should work). The third thing you must do is kite her in a circle until Slow lands. Engaging a quadding, flurrying mob who procs an unresistable 500dd is an unwise venture. Malo > Sini > Tash (sticks) > Slow. If LOM, take another minute to prepare. Cripple helps. Two casts of Counteract can cure DoTs. Biggest risk here is kiter being rooted, so having backup kite is ideal. Now you've almost won. Your Enc/Brd was Sieving, right? Do not let her gate. Vaniki is considered a raid target, Do not kill if on raid suspension.
