You just add '''<nowiki>[[Category: NameOfCategory]]</nowiki>''' to any page you want to be in that category. Then it will show up on the bottom of that page. If the "category page" doesn't exist yet it will be in red. You can click on it and add a short description of what the category contains then the "category link" will be blue and lead to that page with your description and a list of all pages in the category.

There is a list of templates here [[Special:MostLinkedTemplates]] - probably no real need for a category.

Great wiki work! I just wanted to point out one minor detail though: the technical category is for "articles regarding EverQuest from a technical standpoint--client programming, etc." ... on other words, technical in the "technology" sense, not in the "detailed" sense. Thus, that category doesn't belong on rules pages.
