The <nowiki>{{:Item Name}}</nowiki> is a custom feature on the P99 wiki but has to be encased in a list <nowiki><li></li></nowiki>, to remove numbering that's placed inside an unordered list <nowiki><ul></ul></nowiki> with , which then contains the custom feature that allows users to hover their mouse over an item name and see a tooltip of it.<br />

The software the p99 wiki uses is MediaWiki, their own wiki can provide information about things you come across as you edit the p99 wiki. Granted it's not a custom function on p99 wiki.<br />

The tricky part is that there is an old standard and a new standard for mediawiki formatting on several things. So you may see a list with <> or stars or hashtag signs. <br />
