Tserrina is very magic resistant--Malosi took several attempts to land and necromancer Snare and Fear were both resisted. However, two mid-50s pet classes were able to duo her. I suggest letting her charm a necro pet first, then Feign her off. She will keep the pet permanently and if pulled out of her original bat niche, will path up and down the spiral staircase and across the bridge to the hallway. Once her Charm ability is neutralized, you can pull her pet and root it away from the battle while your two pets engage her. DoTs and pet resummon were sufficient to take her down after that.
