For starters it is obviously a lot less mana efficient than the level 4 version, but it does do a little bit more damage and last slightly longer.<br /> <br /> I&#039;ve only found myself thinking about casting in groups where<br /> <br /> 1) things are going smoothly so my wizard doesn&#039;t have to spend a lot of mana on runes, cc, etc.<br /> <br /> 2) the tank has limited aggro generation, so we can&#039;t just go crazy with nukes or there are some mobs that are particularly long lived and resistant.<br /> <br /> 3) the pulls are steady so the ds puts out plenty of hits.<br /> <br /> 4) plenty of fire casters.<br /> <br /> The only place where these conditions seems to be met so far is the hole.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> NEWSFLASH<br /> <br /> This buff stacks with the level four version for a total of 7ds, 20 fire resist.<br /> <br /> To do: investigate which other DSs combo with wizard DSs<br /> [[User:Eldrath|Eldrath]] ([[User talk:Eldrath|talk]]) 19:35, 7 May 2024 (UTC)</div>
