Got this just the other night. Song of the Deep Sea's isn't a permanent effect, its a proc.
Song of the Deep Sea's
Increase Agility by 30
Increase Attack Speed by 60%
Increase Armor Class (AC) by 15
Increase Strength by 30
Allowable Targets: group
Spell Duration: 25 ticks (2.5 minutes)
Stacks with Bard Epic, but causes a twisting problem because the proc has a short spell cast time.

The clickable effect, Nature's Melody, was implemented ~ Jan 8, 2002 [http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=7710#m101051352397310]:
the effect was changed to nature's melody and is now a clickable proc.

My Nature's Melody procs "Nature's Melody"...buf exactly like Siren Song proc. It's right clickable,
