Regarding the Froglok Ton Warrior spawn point:

Over the course of perhaps a dozen rounds, I never saw him at the listed spot, which is a single spawn in a hut just up the first ramp of the Froglok town's windmill. I did see him once or twice at a wandering spawn on that same platform who paths just in front and to the side of that hut.

I eventually bored of waiting for these two to spawn and decided to pull everything nearby and PBAoE. I found that there was a better chance of the ton warrior spawning as a wanderer in the group of huts on the platform directly below the windmill's ramp. His PH is easy to notice because it is the only one that will be standing alongside another froglok. I did not see him spawn as anything other than these two wandering PHs despite killing all of this platform and the rest of the windmill NPCs. I did find a wandering ton warrior up northeast toward the named Exile iksar but I couldn't locate his spawn point. The totem does not drop every time; I managed to get one after about seven kills; the totem shows as the warrior holding a doll.
