I'd like to point out that [[Form of the Howler]]@60 caps the same [[Selo's Accelerando]]@50 both giving 65% without spell/song modifications.<br/><br />
That [[Form of the Howler]]@65 is 67% is irrelevant because we can't level past 60. But if you include "having to be in close proximity to a lv50+ bard" a counter-benefit then you're absolutely right!<br/><br />
