I just bought a Tink bag today. With Kindly faction and 65 Charisma, it was 5281p. With Kindly faction and 115 Charisma, it was 5040p.<br />

Even with OVP, I was still at apprehensive faction, and it didn't lower the price at all.<br />
Based on all of this information, it seems that even with the lowest possible faction required for trading, ~133 charisma is the exact sweet spot for the minimum price.<br />
