Asteinnon Fe`Dhar is located in an icy room at the top of the giant staircase section beyond the maze. Other resources may put the quest NPCs in a library at the bottom of the giant staircase - this is not correct on Project 1999. Use a p99-specific YouTube guide if you need detailed directions.

Asteinnon Fe`Dhar speaks in a deep tone, 'Greetings. I wish to speak only to a shaman, so I might aid them with protection from the world in the form of armor.'

: Asteinnon Fe`Dhar says 'For you I shall make a coif, breastplate, sleeves, bracers, gauntlets, leggings, and boots. Each piece is a quest unto itself. To seek the components, you must search the lands for them and test the power of the spirit within.'
