Although the spell [[Translocate]] (TL) is normally used to return a character to their bind point after a night of adventuring, in raid events it can instead be used to clear agro in-between actions (that would otherwise get a character killed).

This tactic is sometimes referred to as "TL Boxing".

== TL Boxing ==

The tactic works as follows:

# First, a character binds near the raid (but not within range of the raid boss)
# Next, a [[Wizard]] casts the spell [[Translocate]] on them ... but the character DOES NOT accept it
# Instead, they leave the "TL Box" open while they perform a risky action (eg. cast a spell on a raid mob)
# Once the action is complete, the character clicks "Accept", within the TL Box
# The character will be returned to wherever they bound in #1, with all agro cleared
# The character can now run back to the raid and repeat the process (eg. until the spell lands successfully)
