[[Rephas]] is a crazed hermit who lives near the lake in the [[Qeynos Hills]] (northwest corner of the zone), with a penchant for rat ears...

You say, 'Hail, Rephas'

You say, 'Who is Karana?'

:Rephas says 'Heh! Ignorant one! Begone, and take your stupidity with you!'

He doesn't have much to say about rat ears (he may if your faction is better), but if you give him the regular [[Rat Ears]] (common drop from rats and also Sold by [[Katha Firespinner]] in EC in Unlimited supply for 2s each), he'll give you an item called [[Grilled Rat Ears]] (edible and stackable).
