These are both dropped by [[Lizardman mystic]]s in both The Feerrott and Rathe Mountains and the dolls can be seen in their hands when they have them. Unsure if they are more common on the higher level mystics in the Feerrott or the ones in Rathe Mountains, but I have seen both drops come from even the low level mystics.

Bring Zulort three [[Mystic Doll]]s and a [[Allize Volew Medicine Bag]] to receive an Initiate Symbol of Rallos Zek.
