[[Duggin Scumber]] says 'Aha!! Foolish Qeynite or whatever you call yourself!! I have found the note and now I shall take it to my superior!! Just try and catch me!!'

Kill Duggin to loot a [[Note]] for the Message Intercept quest. You can also simply kill Mojax instead, but you will take negative faction hits listed below.

With a 6:40 respawn time, Mojax is a decent way for a low level Iksar Shadow Knight or Necromancer to gain access to the [[Dismal Rage]] hub in Freeport.

Factioning tip: If you also aggro [[Skipynn Stoneshear]], who stands right beside Mojax, kill Mojax first, then beat on Skipynn until he flees. Turn off auto attack and run away far enough for him to lose aggro—about 1000 coordinate units (approximately halfway to Befallen or most of the way to the Kithicor zone line)—at which point he starts regenerating 5% of his health per tick. Once he has lost aggro, you can return safely and wait for Mojax to respawn. Lather, rinse, repeat.

Another tactic is to simply beat down [[Skipynn Stoneshear]] and keep him fleeing. If he recovers too much, give him a few wacks to send him running again. Just don't ever kill him (to avoid the faction hits). Mojax is a quick kill by comparison.
