Cast [[Spirit of Wolf]] (which can't be cast inside) as well as any other buffs before entering Droga. Zone in and follow the map above to reach the temple area.<br />

Head to the "inner sanctum" area of Droga, and then in to the temple itself. Most likely [[Soothsayer Dregzak]] won't be up, so kill his placeholder (which will be the first spawn to the left of the stove) by hugging the corner it is in. As soon as the placeholder is killed start your timer (20 min, 20 sec), re-cast your invisibility spell and run to a safe area such as on top of the entrance. Rest up, and if you're on Red hope that no other farmer is coming for the camp.<br />

Once you are at full mana you may wish to log out to preserve your [[Spirit of the Wolf]] for as long as possible (especially on Red). Your timer will let you know when it's time to log back in.<br />
<br />
A minute or two before the respawn log back in. If you are on Red, suss out the zone: if no one is in it or fighting you for the camp you can rinse and repeat the above process until you get an Earring of Essence.<br />
