It is on a six minute spawn cycle so keep killing placeholders until Cleaner VII spawns, then kill, kill, kill. Set up at 762.58, 395.85 to be able to be positioned to easily pick them off. [[Cleaner VII]] does not always drop the pestle. He will also drop [[scrap metal]], and [[blackbox fragment]] for other quests.
